The FC1 is matched to the flow rate and electrolysis chamber of the Leveluk devices. Clones fit mechanically — but their filtration is not certified, and residues can permanently damage the electrodes.
With normal water the FC1 lasts approx. 6,000 litres; with hard water Enagic recommends replacement after approx. 3,000 litres. For a family of four that is roughly once a year.
